20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 20 - 50 years, 2. Healthy, with no underlying medical conditions, 3. Fasting blood sugar within the normal range, 4. Sufficient sleep (more than 8 hours per night) before the test day, 5. Not following any specific diet, vegetarian, 6. Volunteers willing to participate in the study by signing the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of allergy to coconut products, 2. Individuals with a history of immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, cardiovascular or vascular diseases, liver disease, cancer, or any infectious conditions, 3. Individuals who have taken medications, herbal remedies, or dietary supplements that affect blood sugar levels within one month prior to the study, 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
