Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged >18 years 2. Diagnosed with septic shock according to Sepsis-3 definition with mean arterial pressure (MAP) > 65 mmHg without vasopressor escalation for at least 2 hours 3. Admitted to the MICU at Songklanagarind Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fingers cannot be measured (e.g., limb ischemia, burns, injuries, amputated fingers, extremely cold extremities) 2. Patients with carboxyhemoglobinemia (COHb) or methemoglobinemia (MetHb) 3. Severe tremors or seizures 4. Severe anemia (Hb < 5 g/dL) 5. SpO2 < 70%
