Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18-26 years and Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 25.0 to 29.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) presence of neurological disorders that may affect exercise performance (e.g. vestibular disorders), 3) cardiovascular or respiratory conditions (e.g. heart disease, asthma, or hypertension), 4) musculoskeletal injuries affecting gait or balance (e.g. herniated discs, ankle sprains, foot dislocations, or osteoarthritis) 5) history of head, spinal, abdominal trauma, or hip surgery within the past year, 6) visual impairments, and 7) diabetes mellitus.
