Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older. 2. Score above or equal to nine on the Indonesian version of the Fall Efficacy Scale (FES-I). 3. Able to communicate sufficiently to follow instructions and complete study assessments. 4. Willingness to participate and able to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adult people with serious medical conditions that interfere with their routine activities 2. Adult people who have participated in muscle strengthening or balance training programs within the past 6 months.

Falls Efficacy Scale- International (FES-I) Short Version Collected at baseline (before intervention) and at the end of the intervention period (after twelve weeks) Self-reported questionnaire assessing fear of falling and concern about falls during daily activities; total score indicates level of fall risk (higher score, greater concern / risk),WHOQOL-BREF Collected at baseline (before intervention) and at the end of the intervention period (after twelve weeks) Quality of life was measured with the WHOQOL-BREF, assessing physical, psychological, social, and environmental domains, where higher scores indicate better quality of life

Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) Collected at baseline (before intervention) and at the end of the intervention period (after twelve weeks) The participant is asked to stand up from a chair, walk three meters, turn around, return, sit down again, and the time is recorded,Modified Clinical Test of Sensory Interaction in Balance (mCTSIB) Collected at baseline (before intervention) and at the end of the intervention period (after twelve weeks) Balance was measured using the mCTSIB, where standing under different visual and surface conditions is assessed; longer duration indicates better control,The Five Time Sit to Stand test (5XSTS) Collected at baseline (before intervention) and at the end of the intervention period (after twelve weeks) Lower limb strength was measured by standing up and sitting down five times; shorter time indicates better performance.,Four Meter Walking Test (4MWT) Collected at baseline (before intervention) and at the end of the intervention period (after twelve weeks) Gait speed was measured with the Four Meter Walking Test, where participants walk four meters at a usual pace; shorter time indicates better performance.
