Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergraduate student at Kasetsart University who is enrolled in the Physical Education Activity course in the academic year 2023. 2. Individual in good physical health. 3. Individual who is available to participate in the training program throughout the 8-week period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals whose physical condition prevents participation in the yoga training program, such as those with a fractured arm or leg. 2. Individuals who are not available for the entire 8-week data collection period. 3. Individuals who are not willing or able to complete all questionnaires.
