Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute flank pain, 2.hematuria, or suspected renal trauma. 3.infection will be referred to perform Multi-Slice Computed Tomography (MSCT) at the Radiology Department, Sohag University Hospital and other private center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy 2.Known contrast allergy 3.Hemodynamic instability precluding CT 4.Refusal to participate or withdrawal of consent
