Conditions

high-risk non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with antiplatelet/anticoagulant NVUGIB, Thermal/Mechanical Endoscopic hemostasis, Antiplatelet/anticoagulant

Interventions

All patients will undergo therapeutic endoscopy within 24 hours after adequate resuscitation. Intravenous pantoprazole 80 mg will be administered according to standard clinical guidelines. Mechanical

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. High-risk NVUGIB patients with long-term indication for antiplatelet/anticoagulant who required endoscopic hemostasis 2. Age > 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Culprit vessels size > 3 millimeters 2. Had prior endoscopic hemostasis intervention before this index bleeding episode within the last 4 weeks 3. Variceal bleeding, tumor bleeding 4. Required surgical therapy (perforated ulcer) 5. Pregnant women
