Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 20 years old 2. Patients hospitalized for their initial acute coronary syndrome (ACS) event within 30 days 3. Receive standard treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient who had advanced heart failure 2. The patient who had advanced liver/kidney disease or disease with limited life expectancy less than 1 year
