Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and Female participants aged 18-75 years 2.Participants with presenting to the outpatient clinic of the Department of Otolayrngology, Thammasat University Hospital, with a physician-diagnosed thyroid disorder 3.Participants deemed by the treating physician to require-diagnosed thyroid disorder 4.Participants with no known allergy or hypersensitivity to suture materials 5.Participants with providing written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a history of prior neck surgery or postoperative wound complications 2.Participants with an active infection at the intended surgical site. 3.Participants with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, autoimmune disorders, or other conditions that may impair wound healing
