Age
20 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Not gender-specific 2. Age range between 20 to 59 years 3. Co-residing in the same household and being related by family 4. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Thai 5. Consent to participate in a research project 6. Having a moderate to high stress score from assessment a schizophrenia caregiver stress questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Family caregivers of elderly persons with schizophrenia were diagnosed with dementia;
