Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years 2. Resident of Lam Pho Subdistrict, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province, Thailand 3. Capable of light-to-moderate physical activity 4. Voluntary participation with informed consent 5. Smartphone access with internet connectivity 6. Ability to read Thai and operate smartphone applications

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe physical or cognitive limitations preventing safe participation in light exercise 2. Acute cardiac conditions requiring immediate medical intervention 3. Current participation in other structured exercise programs 4. Pregnancy or planning pregnancy during study period 5. Inability to read Thai or operate smartphone applications 6. Previous regular Tai Chi practice (>3 months within past year)
