18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 80 years, diagnosed with inguinal hernia and scheduled for same-day surgery 2.Patients undergoing open inguinal hernia repair on one side with local anesthesia 3.Patients who are fully conscious, capable of understanding, and able to communicate in Thai 4.Patients aged over 60 years who score 4 or higher on the Mini-Cog screening tool 5.Participants with a smartphone for communication and no limitations in performing activities of daily living

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with cancer or other serious conditions undergoing treatment 2.Patients with obesity defined as a body mass index of 30 kg per m2 or higher
