Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants born before 37 weeks of gestational age,2.Corrected age between 6 and 8 months at the time of data collection,3.Stable health condition with no severe medical complications such as neurological or cardiac disorders,4.No prior physical therapy or developmental intervention during the study period,5.Parents or caregivers providing at least 8 hours of daily care for the infant, at least 5 days per week,6.Parents or caregivers able to communicate in Thai and understand study instructions,7.Parents willing to allow participation and to stay with the infant during data collection,8.Parents able to use personal electronic devices and access the web based program,9.Parents capable of performing computer based early intervention or regular home practice as assigned.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Infants with a history of seizures,2.Infants with vision or hearing impairments,3.Infants with congenital anomalies, 4.Infants with significant brain injury,5.Infants diagnosed with periventricular leukomalacia greater than grade 1,6.Infants diagnosed with intraventricular hemorrhage greater than grade 2,7.Infants who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit for more than 17 days
