Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses working in primary, secondary, or tertiary health service facilities under the Ministry of Public Health. 2. Working within Health Regions 1 to 12 or Bangkok. 3. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses currently on study leave, maternity leave, long-term sick leave, or holding administrative positions. 2. Those who do not consent or withdraw participation.
