Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Head nurses in clinical departments, Hai Phong city, Vietnam; 2. Direct responsibility for managing nursing staff and coordinating patient care; 3. Minimum 1 year continuous work experience in a health care facility; 4. Voluntary informed consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Absent during the study period due to leave, illness, or reassignment
