Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with hemiparetic stroke for more than 6 months prior to enrollment in the study. 2. Aged between 40 and 75 years. 3. Able to stand independently without the use of assistive devices for more than 30 seconds. 4. Able to walk independently, with or without assistive devices, for a minimum distance of 6 meters. 5. Mild to moderate spasticity at lower extremity (Modified Ashworth scale <3) 6. Adequate visual acuity, with corrective glasses or lenses permitted, and an intact visual field as confirmed by a normal rapid finger-count confrontation test
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent participation in other research studies during the study period 2. Diagnosed with a Transient Ischemic Attack 3. Presence of unstable vital signs 4. Presence of brainstem lesions affecting the sleep-wake cycle or respiratory centers, or lesions in the cerebellum. 5. Presence of auditory or speech impairments that limit the participant's ability to understand and respond appropriately to assessments or training activities 6. Diagnosis of neurological disorders other than stroke 7. Presence of musculoskeletal disorders that interfere with balance 8. Diagnosis of dementia, defined as a score of less than 18 out of 30 on the Thai version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment 9. Receiving medication that interfere balance such as antidepressants 10. Fixed ankle plantarflexion contractures that unable to place the heel fully on the ground while standing
