Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult correctional facility staff working in the psychiatric wing of Korydallos Prison in Athens Greece. 2. Age between 18 and 65 years. 3. Experiencing work related stress or anxiety as determined by self report. 4. Able and willing to provide informed consent and participate in all study sessions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Ongoing psychiatric or neurological disorder requiring active pharmacological treatment. 2. Current use of psychotropic medication or substance abuse. 3. Presence of ear infections, lesions, or contraindications to auricular acupuncture. 4. Participation in another interventional study within the last 3 months.
