Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults living in Chiang Mai 2. Eligible participants will be generally 3. (i) Daily smokers of at least 5 cigarettes per day for at least 1 year, not planning to quit, or (ii) non-smokers (< 100 cigarettes over lifetime, none within 1 year prior to screening), exposed to SHS at home or at work at least once weekly, or (iii) non-smokers with no SHS exposure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe underlying medical conditions diagnosed by a physician, 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 3. Individuals with conditions that impair cooperation, such as psychiatric disorders, drug addiction, or alcoholism. 4. Individuals who refuse to participate or request to withdraw from the study.
