Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.House dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis (According to the ARIA definition) Sensitization to house dust mite (Any one of two tests) - Wheal size of skin prick test to Dp or Df >= 3 mm - serum Der p-specific IgE or Der f-specific IgE >0.35 kUA/L 2.Moderate to severe symptoms (According to the ARIA definition) 3.Patients are willing to undergo SLIT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Asthma 2.FEV1 < 70% predicted 3.Pregnancy 4.Have gotten AIT in the past 5 years 5.Nasal surgery within 3 months 6.on immunosuppressive drugs 7.Cancer 8.Systemic diseases effecting immune system such as diabetes mellitus, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, malnutrition etc. 9.Smoking 10.Regular alcohol drinking (current light to heavier drinker) 11.Dental carries, chronic ulcer or other diseases of oral or buccal mucosa 12.Cosensitization with seasonal allergen, pet allergen 13.Food allergy 12.Bleeding tendency (Including the use of antiplatelet and anticoagulant)
