Interventions

Participants receive radial shock wave therapy using STORZ Medical Masterpuls 100 device from Switzerland. Each session delivers 2500 shocks with a frequency of 8 Hz and intensity between 1.5 to 2 bar

60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years and older 2. Diagnosed with lumbar spondylosis by physician 3. Muscle spasm around lumbar spine on one or both sides 4. Chronic low back pain lasting more than 3 months 5. Pathology at lumbar spine levels L1 to L5 6. Able and willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lumbar spine surgery within the past year 2. Radiating pain or numbness due to nerve compression 3. Lumbar fracture or spondylolisthesis 4. Severe hearing or vision impairment affecting communication 5. Scoliosis 6. Severe osteoporosis 7. Lumbar disc herniation compressing nerve or spinal cord 8. Use of anticoagulants, NSAIDs, analgesics, or topical medications 9. Receiving other treatments such as massage or acupuncture
