Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 2-14 years 2.Have use other topical or systemic medications for vitiligo 3.Body surface area> 5%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous use of Oral or topical Tofacitinib 2.History of allergy to any JAK inhibitors 3.malignancy, tuberculosis HIV/AIDS 4.viral hepatitis B or C 5.hyperlipidemia/hypercholesteremia 6.leukopenia or anemia 7. renal or hepatic impairment, peptic ulcer disease 8.patients taking immunosuppressive medications
