40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-80 years 2. Diagnosed with PTTD stage I-III 3. Has a smart phone/tablet with internet access 4. Capable of using online applications 5. Regular use of foot orthosis/shoe modification in daily life 6. Consent to term and condition in participating the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Numbness in the feet or foot ulcers 2. Communication issues 3. Conditions limiting exercise: cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, peripheral vascular diseases, or MSK disorders 4. Planned activities that may required increased walking distance during study

Adherence to home-based exercise at the end of the intervention (after 6 weeks) The percentage of the total number of completed exercise sessions recorded by the participant in the exercise log per day, divided by the total number of prescribed exercise sessions.
