Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses currently working as Community Mental Health Nurses (CMHNs) at Community Health Centers in Malang, East Java Province, Indonesia. 2. Have been actively involved in community mental health services for at one year. 3. Willing to participate in an online resilience enhancement program and able to access the internet via a smartphone, tablet, or computer. 5. Able to read and understand Bahasa Indonesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are on extended leave during the study period. 2. Individuals who have participated in other resilience, mindfulness, or psychological training programs within the past six months. 3. Nurses who cannot commit to completing the online program sessions and follow-up assessments.
