Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old 2. Patient with close tibial plateau fracture (Schatzker IV-VI)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fracture 2. Open fracture 3. Patient with Tibial plateau fracture with Ipsilateral fracture 4. Combined with vascular or nerve damage or calf compartment syndrome 5. Time from injury to operation was > 14 days 6. < 12 month of post-operative follow-up 7. Patient associated joint disease e.g. rheamatoid arthritis, severe osteoarthritis
