following lower 3rd molar extraction, the sockets were irrigated and curretaged . a fresh venous blood were taken from the patients and put into 2 9ml, sterile anticoagulant-free, silica-coated, vacut
s protocol as follows: 2700 round per minute (RPM) for 2 minutes (MIN), 2400RPM for 4 MIN, 2700 RPM for 4 MIN, and 3000 RPM for 3 MIN. the middle CGF layer was then picked and cut and placed inside th

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 patient age from 18 to 35. 2 patients who meet the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I category. 3 presence bilateral mesially impacted lower 3rd molars (class II, position B) according to the Pell-Gregory impaction classification as presented in panoramic radiographs. 4 cooperative patients who are welling to attend the follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with bad oral hygiene. 2 smokers. 3 alcholics. 4 patients who underwent chemo/or radiotherapy in the last 2 years. 5 localized or generalized infections. 6 pregnant, lactating, or women at menstrual period at the time of surgery.
