Chin tuck against resistance , Mendelsohn maneuver, Effortful swallow exercisse, Supraglottic swallow exercise, Tongue strengthening exercise. Will exercise 3 times daily for 8 weeks., Mendelsohn man

Chin tuck against resistance exercise combined with standard swallowing exercises.,Standard swallowing exercises.

18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is 18 years of age or older. 2.The patient has oropharyngeal dysphagia and post-swallow residue, as confirmed by Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES). 3.The patient is able to understand informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has severe dementia or severe cognitive impairments. 2.The patient is uncooperative. 3.The patient already has a history of CTAR training. 4.The patient had a history of Head and Neck surgery. 5.The patient has a Functional Oral Intake Scale 1 (Nothing by mouth).
