Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate students who are identified as high-risk drinkers using the Functional-Belief-Based Alcohol Use Questionnaire (FBAQ) 2. Undergraduate students with moderate to very high levels of stress as screened by using the Srithanya Stress Scale (ST-5) 3. agree to sign a consent form to be participants in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. had been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and specific physical disabilities. 2. have a history of mental disorders, including major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as reported by the participants.
