Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were 1- pregnant women between 20-35 years of age, 2- no mental or cognitive impairments, capable of effective communication with researchers or able to independently complete questionnaires 3- making vaginal delivery between 36-42nd. weeks of pregnancy in the same hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-We excluded multiple pregnancies 2-pregnant women with an malpresentation, 3-placenta accreta spectrum, placenta previa, 4-intrauterine growth restriction, polyhydramnios, 5-preeclampsia, eclampsia, 6-orthopaedic and neurological diseases, 7- a history of previous uterine surgery or caesarean delivery from the study,
