Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18 years and over 2. Glaucoma and non-glaucoma patients (diagnosed by glaucoma specialists using the structural evaluation, including disc photography and optical coherence tomography, and functional evaluation, i.e., visual field)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Corneal pathology that affects the accuracy of corneal thickness measurement using AS-OCT, including corneal scar, corneal ectasia, pseudobullous keratopathy, corneal edema, and ocular surface neoplasm 2. Previous corneal surgery, i.e., corneal refractive surgery, corneal transplantation, not including cataract surgery with clear corneal incision 3. Previous glaucoma laser treatment, not including laser peripheral iridotomy 4. Previous glaucoma surgery 5. Bedridden status or patients who cannot perform OCT in a sitting position 6. Ocular and periocular infection
