Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac arrest patients in the emergency department, Thammasat university hospital 2. Age at least 18 years old 3. Have point-of-care blood testing at least 2 times, interval 10 minutes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. DNR or obvious death before start CPR 2. Patient or relative refuses to participate in the study
