Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must have normal consciousness and orientation to person, time, and place, with no cognitive impairment. Cognitive status will be assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), with a score of 26 or higher. 2. Participants must be able to communicate and understand Thai, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and be capable of providing information to the researcher. 3. Participants must be willing to cooperate and participate in the self-care program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be withdrawn from the study if any of the following conditions occur 1.Massive bleeding defined as a. Blood loss greater than or equal to 500 mL within 2 hours post surgery b. Blood loss between 500 and 1000 mL within 24 hours post surgery c. Blood loss greater than 1000 mL within 72 hours post surgery 2. Acute renal failure or the need for additional medical treatment such as urinary tract infection or urinary retention after catheter removal 3. Use of medications affecting urinary function including diuretics or drugs influencing urethral sphincter activity such as alpha blockers for example Cardura Cardura XL and alpha adrenergic agonists for example Ephedrine Pseudoephedrine 4.Inability to participate in or adhere to the program as scheduled or withdrawal from the program after initial participation
