Interventions

Recieve Selenium supplement 200 mcg daily and taking herbal sauna 2 days a week,taking herbal sauna 2 days a week only

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai race and nationality. 2. In good health with no underlying chronic diseases. 3. Legally adult, aged between 18 and 60 years. 4. Able to read and write in the Thai language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with chronic communicable diseases, those with oral problems affecting chewing and swallowing, individuals currently taking other dietary supplements or herbal products, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those with intellectual disabilities affecting communication.
