Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Young-old people aged between 60 and 69 years, as they are usually in good health but might start signs of aging that require health promotion and disease prevention. 2. Blood pressure is within normal limits; diastolic blood pressure is between 70-90 mmHg and systolic blood pressure is between 110-140 mmHg. Pulse rate is between 60-100 beats per minute. 3. There are no contraindications to exercise, including frequent chest pain, irregular heartbeat, heart disease, and epilepsy. 4. Risk of depression as measure by the PHQ 2 Thai version 5. Willingness to participate in research projects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Perform self-aerobic exercise regularly during the time of subject recruitment.
