Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients are more than 18 year olds 2.Patients consent to participate in the research. 3.Patient has indication for hepatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Liver cirrhosis child B 2.Emergency liver surgery 3.patient has sign of portal hypertension 4.on steroid or immunosuppressive drug -coagulopathy disease

post operative liver injury follow up lab and clinical in post-operative day 1,2,3,5 and then follow up OPD case at 1,2,3 month follow up liver enzyne post op
