Interventions

All participants receive a standard preoperative ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block with ropivacaine. After completion of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, patients in the experiment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years old and older 2.Undergo ASK RC repair 3.MRI confirmation of RC tear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Retear rotator cuff 2.History of ipsilateral shoulder fracture 3.Re-existing nerve damage 4.Opiod use over 30days pbefore operation 5.Pre-existing pulmonary disease 6.Patient who cannot answer self NRS 7.Patient who allergy to ropivacaine, transamic acid, ketorolac, morphine, paracetamol 8.Patient who loss contact after D/C 9.Coagulopathy 10.Decline to participate
