using volume control ventilation (VCV) with fraction of inspired oxygen (FIO2) of 0.5 in air , Tidal volume (TV) 6-8 ml/kg ( predicted BW) , Respiratory rate (RR) 10-20 breaths/min , Keep PaCO2

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient who undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) with cardiopulmonary bypass 2)ASA II-IV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient denied 2) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 3) Restrictive pulmonary disease 4) Emergency surgery 5) Hemodynamic instability 6) Patients who remained in the invasive mechanical ventilator 7) Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction < 40 % 8) Hemoglobin < 10 g/dL 9) obesity ( BMI > 35 kg/m2) 10) Active smoking ( cigarette cessation < 8 wk) 11) Valvular heart disease
