Eligibility

Age
65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 65 and 85 years living in the community 2.Independent in activities of daily living ADL and able to perform basic self care 3.Able to follow instructions and demonstrate basic language comprehension and expression 4.Mini Cog score 3 or above indicating normal cognition or only mild cognitive changes 5.Able to walk at least 10 meters without assistive devices 6.Willing to participate in a 16 week intervention program and attend sessions regularly two sessions per week 7.Screened using the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire PAR Q with no apparent contraindications to exercise and suitable for moderate intensity physical training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with moderate or severe dementia or communication disorders unable to understand instructions or activity content 2.Having serious cardiovascular diseases such as uncontrolled hypertension arrhythmia or heart failure 3.History of falls fractures or major injuries within the past 3 months 4.Having neurological or muscular disorders affecting motor ability such as Parkinson disease myasthenia gravis osteoporosis or sarcopenia 5.Having severe visual or hearing impairment that affects participation or response during training 6.Currently participating in other cognitive or fitness intervention studies 7.Unable to comply with the study schedule or provide informed consent
