Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants with Non-Specific neck pain. 2. Occupation requiring prolong sitting (> 4 Hours/day) with out break. 3. Pain in Upper trapezius muscle, Unilateral or bilateral. 4. Neck pain duration >= 3 Months. 5. Presence of tender points in Upper trapezius muscle, Unilateral or bilateral. 6. Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) score 3-6 for neck pain 7. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuropathic pain. 2. Diagnosed fibromyalgia. 3. Frozen shoulder or shoulder pain. 4. History of injury or surgery of the neck, shoulder, spine, or limbs within the past 1 year. 5. Medical conditions causing trunk muscle weakness, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, or myopathy. 6. Lack of basic computer skills. 7. Received physical therapy for pain relief, such as ultrasound, laser, or TENS. 8. Performed exercise for pain management within the past 3 months. 9. History or risk of cardiovascular disease, as assessed by the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q, Thai version).
