Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Singleton pregnancy 2. Gestation age at 37 weeks and more 3. Has signed the informed consent form to participate in the research 4. No congenital anomaly of lung and cardiac system

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fetuses with congenital abnormalities of the cardiovascular or pulmonary systems, such as congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM) or cardiac anomalies 2. Intrauterine infection or chorioamnionitis 3. Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) lasting more than 24 hours 4. Newborns with sepsis or pneumonia 5. Newborns diagnosed with pulmonary disease caused by respiratory dysfunction

predicting transient tachypnea of the newborn (TTN) at GA more than 37 weeks Measure Three-dimensional fetal lung volume (3D-FLV) in combination with Doppler assessment of the pulmonary artery (PA-RI and PA-PI )

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate AUC, cutoff value and accuracy of 3D-FLV, PA-RI, and PA-PI in predicting the occurrence of TTN diagnosed within the first 7 days after birth within 7 days post delivery evaluate the predictive ability (AUC) of fetal lung volume (3D-FLV), pulmonary artery resistance index (PA-RI), and pulmonary artery pulsatility index (PA-PI) in forecasting TTN
