Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Be a professional nurse working in the outpatient nursing unit 2 Be willing to cooperate in the study 3 Patients with an SOS score more 2 points but not yet meeting the criteria for being sent to the emergency room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with urgent emergency conditions who meet the criteria must be sent to the emergency room.
