Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in the year 2024 (October 2023 - September 2024). 2. Aged between 60 and 69 years. (Based on literature review, T2DM patients aged 60 years and above begin to experience Mild Cognitive Impairment, and the severity of the impairment progressively increases, leading to severe cognitive impairment, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease around the age of 70.) 3. Have Mild Cognitive Impairment, as screened by the Thai version of the MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) version 3, with a score ranging from 19 to 25. 4. Currently receiving diabetes treatment through diet control and medication. 5. Willing to participate as a volunteer in the study. 6. Able to communicate well in speaking, reading, and writing in the Thai language. 7. Passed the physical fitness screening for the elderly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vascular complications. 2. Have chronic diseases that limit mobility/movement. 3. Have previously undergone health behavior modification through exercise. 4. Currently receiving treatment with antihypertensive drugs, sleeping pills, antipsychotic drugs, and steroid drugs, as these medications affect memory and cognitive function. 5. Currently receiving diabetes treatment via insulin injection. 6. MoCA version 3 (Thai version) score of less than 19 or greater than 25. 7. Non-cooperation or lack of adherence to the research protocol on one occasion (1 time).
