18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary caregivers providing care for at least 6 months. 2. Consent to participate. 3. Mild to moderate or higher caregiving burden. 4. Absence of physical comorbidities 5. Absence of cognitive issues. 6. Ability to communicate in Thai. 7. Ownership of an electronic communication device with Line application and internet connectivity. 8. caring for individuals with schizophrenia experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms without physical comorbidities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently participating in other research projects or had recently completed participation in other studies related to mental health programs or caregiving burden.
