Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years. 2. Diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage 5 (ICD-10 Code N18.5) with an estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) <15 mL/min/1.73m2 (CKD-EPI formula) maintained throughout the study period. 3. Clear documentation indicating the patient is receiving Palliative Care, Hemodialysis (HD), or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. eGFR >15 mL/min/1.73m2 2. Patients with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) or those whose eGFR has been <15 mL/min/1.73m2 for less than 90 days 3. Patients who have undergone Kidney Transplantation. 4. Patients with insufficient data for the study or who cannot be followed up for their medical records.
