Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai women who are older than 18-year-olds Postpartum women with history of GDM at day 2-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregestational diabetes mellitus Postpartum complication: infection, postpartum hemorrhage Comorbidities: hypertension, heart disease, coronary disease, seizure Women unable to do glucose tolerance test eg. gastric bypass Retained piece of placenta
