Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 type 1 or type 2 diabetes 2 aged 18 years or older 3 met the diagnostic criteria for DKA according to the 2009 ADA guidelines 4 Admit to ICUs at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Hyperglycemia due to other causes (e.g., glucocorticoid use, Cushing syndrome) 2 pregnant patients 3 patients wth psychiatric disorders 4 euglycemic DKA 5 patients diagnosed with SARS-CoV infection
