Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai older adults aged 60 years or older. 2. Medically stable as confirmed by the attending physician. 3. Able to engage in low-intensity physical activity with or without assistive devices. 4. Able to follow two-step verbal commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute medical instability. 2. Severe cognitive impairment defined as MoCA score below 10 or severe psychiatric disorders. 3. Diagnosed neurological disorders affecting movement such as Parkinson disease or stroke. 4. Severe musculoskeletal conditions that prevent participation in low-intensity movements including immobilization such as external fixator or recent unstable fracture, or uncontrolled musculoskeletal pain. 5. Receiving palliative or end-of-life care. 6. Currently participating in another structured exercise training program.
