Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Female patients aged 20 to 48 years who are scheduled to undergo a hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy at Srinagarind Hospital and have been diagnosed with a non-malignant gynecological condition. 2 No anatomical abnormalities of other reproductive organs 3 Have not received any hormone therapy for any indication for at least 2 months prior to the surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Physiological conditions or ovarian disorders o Postmenopausal status (Menopause) o Diagnosed with ovarian cyst o History of ovarian or fallopian tube surgery 2. Underlying diseases that may affect ovarian function or hormone levels o Autoimmune disease o Rheumatoid arthritis o Thyroid disease o Insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus 3. Intraoperative or postoperative complications o Severe complications during or after surgery o Intraoperative blood loss greater than 1,500 milliliters o Injury to adjacent organs, such as ureter, urinary bladder, or bowel
