Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 18 years or older 2) Expected SICUs stay more than 24 hours 3) Intubated
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Quadriplegia 2) Use of neuromuscular blocking agents 3) Pre-existing pupil abnormality 4) Beta-blocker use 5) Other medications interfering with PLR
