13 Years to 48 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age in the first trimester(not exceeding 12 weeks), receiving antenatal care at the Antenatal Care and Family Planning Clinic, Outpatient Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Phrapokklao Hospital, Chanthaburi Province. 2. Overweight before pregnancy(body mass index between 23 to 24.9). 3. Able to read, write, listen, and speak Thai. 4. Willing to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women withdrew from the study. 2. Pregnant women who were unable to complete all activities according to the prescribed program. 3. Pregnant women with complications during pregnancy or severe underlying medical conditions affecting weight control, such as pregestational diabetes.
