Interventions

Botulinum toxin A (NBT) will be diluted to 25U/0.5ml, all 3 points will be equally given 0.16ml of NBT per point. The first point will be injected at lower posterior area anterior to posterior border

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers who seek to reduce lower facial contour 2. Any genders, age of 20 - 60 years old 3. Able to read, write and understand Thai language 4. No history of administration of botulinum toxin type A into masseter muscle within the last 6 months 5. Accepting the obligation not to receive any other facial procedures during the 6-month follow-up, being able to appear and control weight change within 2 kg for all scheduled follow-up visits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating woman 2. History of botulinum toxin A, human albumin or cow milk protein allergy
